First of all you need to do is open "notepad".

First of all you need to do is open "notepad".
Then type as -
" Dim Message, Speak
Message=InputBox("Enter Text To Speak *Trick From - www.how2know.in* ","Speak")
Set Speak=CreateObject("sapi.spvoice")
Speak.Speak Message "
without quotations and save this as with an extension .vbs instead of .txt .
Example: save this notepad as speak.vbs
Then double click on that saved file, enter your text and hit on OK. Now your computer will speak what ever you typed.
