First of all you need to download Huawei dash board from Huawei website. After that you need to flash your data card with huawei software which you downloaded. At that time it may ask flash code to update firmware. After that insert different SIM in your data card and plug it. Now you see a pop up like - enter unlock code to unlock dongle. At that time simply give unlock code and press enter to unlock your data card.
