First of all choose your application, Right click on that application........

First of all choose your application, Right click on that application........
click on properties, then you will get a pop up window. Click on Shortcut, go to Shortcut key column then enter your favorite key what ever you want.
For example i will create a shortcut key to use ccleaner for my PC. Here i enter Ctrl+1 at shortcut key column for my ccleaner. So when ever i wish to run ccleaner simply i press Ctrl+1 to launch ccleaner instead of double click on that app.
